PRIVACY POLICY FOR OMNIHUB APP (AZDEV MOBILE APP)

Welcome to OmniHub (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). This App is designed as a unified platform connecting to the Odoo 18 Community system.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.


1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND PERMISSIONS REQUESTED


To provide you with the full experience and features of the App, we require certain permissions on your device. The App only collects data after explicit permission is granted by the user:


a. Location Access (Foreground & Background)

- Required Features: Map system, positioning, attendance tracking (depending on the setup of your Odoo enterprise management system).

- Data Collected: We may collect your precise location (Fine Location) or approximate location (Coarse Location). We request background location access if the app has route tracking or external attendance features. This data is used exclusively for internal enterprise purposes.


b. Camera and Media Library Access (Camera, Photos, Videos & Audio)

- Required Features: Taking avatar photos, scanning barcodes/QR codes, attaching files/images/videos to Odoo records, internal chat.

- Data Collected: Images, videos, and audio that you proactively upload through the app. We do not access or automatically collect any other data in your library.


c. Contacts Access

- Required Features: Syncing department/company contacts, sharing, and inviting users.

- Data Collected: Names, phone numbers, and contact information saved on your device.


d. Bluetooth Access

- Required Features: Connecting to peripheral devices (such as BLE receipt printers, barcode scanners) for work purposes.

- Data Collected: Scanning and connecting to nearby Bluetooth-enabled routing devices, but no personal data is collected via Bluetooth.


e. Device and Biometric Information

- Required Features: Login via Fingerprint/Face Recognition (FaceID/TouchID), session management, and push notifications.

- Data Collected: Operating system version, device model, and unique device identifiers to optimize and detect app errors through analytics systems. Fingerprint/face data is always securely stored by local hardware and never sent to our servers.


2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION


The collected information is used for the following primary purposes:

- Synchronizing with your enterprise management system (Odoo ERP backend).

- Providing core features such as human resources management, Push Notifications, and employee positioning.

- Personalizing user experience and system security (e.g., biometric authentication).

- Improving and optimizing App performance.


3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES


Our App may link and share certain technical data with third-party providers to ensure operation:

- Google Play Services & Firebase (Firebase Cloud Messaging): Used to send push notifications to your device.

- Odoo Server Services: All business data you input will be transmitted to and stored on your enterprise's Odoo server under a secure and encrypted platform.


4. INFORMATION SECURITY


We use state-of-the-art security measures (including HTTPS/SSL data transmission encryption, secure device storage with internal encryption) to protect your personal data. However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.


5. STORAGE AND DELETION OF YOUR DATA


Data created or provided by you through the App is synchronized directly to the configuration server (Odoo ERP). You have full rights to:

- Revoke permissions from your device's settings.

- Log out or delete the app; any data stored in local storage (Hive/Shared Preferences) will be completely removed from the device.

- Request your organization's software administration or Odoo system team to delete your account and personal data on the server at any time.


6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY


Our App is intended for a corporate environment (B2B) and personal work tools, and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.


7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY


We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately once the updated Policy is posted on an official website/distribution channel or notified directly through the app.
